Copaline is our raw material supplier. Copaline uses wheat from the Agri Confiance sector. FSSC 22000 certified, Copaline ensures traceability of flours that they deliver to our bakery. Their laboratory analyses techniques and physical characteristics of each batch of wheat flour they provide us. Finally, their bakery test, through daily tests, measures all the organoleptic criteria which ensure consistent quality for the best success of our breads.
